Before we start building, we define the expectations explicitly as a team. We document all pages, components, and functionalities, breaking them down into clear milestones. This ensures we are aligned on scope, expectations, and priorities from day one.

We take time to understand your business, audience, and goals. Through research, analysis, and workshops, we identify challenges and define the strategic direction that will be the foundation for creative and tech decisions moving forward.

Execution
This is where ideas are developed. Depending on your project, this phase can include design and/or development. We work in modular milestones with regular reviews and feedback loops to keep the schedule on track and the process transparent.

Testing & Quality Assurance
Once the core product is built, we test it thoroughly across different devices, browsers, and use cases. We refine details, fix bugs, and ensure everything performs as expected before going live.

Launch
Once the product passes all tests, we prepare for launch. You will be provided documentation for onboarding. Our products are built so you can handle future content changes yourself, however if needed we can support your team during and after launch.
